Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, getting a 75.2 score against 74.2. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 body is noticeably thinner than Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, although it is heavier and was released many years before. These tablets include Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite has Android 11 version.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 has a little more vivid screen than Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, because it has a greater pixels number in each display inch, a much better resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels and a little bit bigger screen. Galaxy Tab A7 Lite counts with much more storage for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab S3, and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal storage, the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite also has a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 1 TB.

The Galaxy Tab A7 Lite counts with a bit faster CPU than Galaxy Tab S3, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with a larger number of cores (and faster). The Galaxy Tab S3 features a bit better battery life than Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, because it has an 18% bigger battery size.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 captures much clearer photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, because it has a much better 13 MP resolution camera, a way better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a larger aperture.

Although Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, letting go a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your budget.
