The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is a bit better than Galaxy Tab Active 2, having a global score of 75.2 against 70. Even though the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 and Galaxy Tab Active 2 were released with only a couple months difference, Samsung Galaxy Tab S3's design is a little heavier but also extremely thinner than Galaxy Tab Active 2. These tablets have the same Android 9.0 Pie OS.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 has a little faster processor than Galaxy Tab Active 2, because although it has an inferior number of cores , it also counts with 1 GB more RAM. Galaxy Tab S3 has a bit more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2, because it has a bigger screen, more pixels per inch of display and a lot higher resolution of 1536 x 2048px.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 has a greater memory for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2, and although they both have an external memory slot that supports up to 256 GB, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 also has 32 GB internal storage capacity. The Galaxy Tab S3 takes much better photographs and videos than Galaxy Tab Active 2, because it has a way higher 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a back facing camera with a lot better 13 mega-pixels resolution.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 features longer battery duration than Galaxy Tab Active 2, because it has a 6000mAh battery size.
