The Galaxy Tab S3 has a score of 75.2, which is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5's overall score of 74.3. Both tablets in this review use Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab S3 has newer 9.0 Pie version and Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has Android 4.4.2 version, providing you some nice extra features. Galaxy Tab S3's construction is incredibly newer, a little lighter and just a bit thinner than Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5.
The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 counts with a better display than Galaxy Tab S3, because it has a little bit higher resolution of 1600 x 2560px, a bit bigger screen and a quite greater pixels count per inch of screen. Galaxy Tab S3 has a little bit better storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Galaxy Tab S3 also has a slot for SD memory cards that admits a maximum of 256 GB.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 has a little faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5, because although it has a lower number of cores , it also counts with more RAM. The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has superior battery lifetime than Galaxy Tab S3, because it has a 7900mAh battery capacity. The Galaxy Tab S3 shoots greater videos and photos than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, because it has a much more MP back-facing camera and a way better video quality.
Although Galaxy Tab S3 is a better device, it costs more money than the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy Tab S3, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5, letting go a couple features and specifications.
