Comparison review
Galaxy Tab S5e is a little bit better than Galaxy Tab S3, getting a 78.6 score against 75.2. Both of these devices include Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab S5e has the older 10 version while Galaxy Tab S3 has Android 9.0 Pie version. Galaxy Tab S5e's design is newer, a bit lighter and a bit thinner than Galaxy Tab S3.
The Galaxy Tab S5e features a little more vivid screen than Galaxy Tab S3, because it has a quite larger display, a bit higher 1600 x 2560 resolution and a just a bit greater number of pixels per inch in the screen. Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e features a lot bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Tab S3, because it has 128 GB internal storage and a SD extension slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB.
Galaxy Tab S5e counts with a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab S3, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM memory, the Galaxy Tab S5e also has more cpu cores (but slower). Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e shoots slightly better videos and photos than Galaxy Tab S3, although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not recommended for capturing photographs or video in poorly lited environments, they both have a same resolution camera, the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same (4K) video quality.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e counts with improved battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Tab S3, because it has a 17 percent bigger battery size.
Although Galaxy Tab S5e is a better device, it costs more money than the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Samsung Galaxy Tab S3. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy Tab S5e, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3, resigning some specs and features.
