Galaxy Tab S6 Lite has a score of 78.2, which is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab S3's overall score of 75.2. The Galaxy Tab S6 Lite body is a lot newer, but a bit heavier and somewhat thicker than the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3. Galaxy Tab S6 Lite features a little bit better processing power than Galaxy Tab S3, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM, the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite also has a greater number of faster cores.
Galaxy Tab S3 has a little bit better screen than Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a quite higher pixel density and a little bit higher resolution of 1536 x 2048. Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite features a much greater storage to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab S3, because it has an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 1000 GB and more internal memory.
The Galaxy Tab S3 counts with a superior camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, and although they both have a same size camera aperture, the Galaxy Tab S3 also has a way more MP back-facing camera and a way better video quality. Galaxy Tab S6 Lite features longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab S3, because it has a 7040mAh battery capacity.
Although Galaxy Tab S6 Lite is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Galaxy Tab S3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy Tab S3. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get Galaxy Tab S3, and give up some specs and features, but you will get the most out of your budget.
