Comparison review
The Apple iPad Air (2019) is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab S4, with an 85.9 score against 78.8. Even though the Apple iPad Air (2019) and the Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 were released only 7 months apart, the Apple iPad Air (2019) is somewhat thinner and a little bit lighter. The iPad Air (2019) features a better CPU than Galaxy Tab S4, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have 8 CPU cores, the iPad Air (2019) also counts with a 64-bits CPU.
The iPad Air (2019) has a bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab S4, although it has a bit lower 1668 x 2224 pixels resolution and a quite lower pixels number in each inch in the display, they both have a same size display. The iPad Air (2019) counts with a bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab S4, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage.
Galaxy Tab S4 has a bit better camera than Apple iPad Air (2019), because it has a camera in the back with way more megapixels, a much higher (4K) video resolution and a lot larger diafragm aperture. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the iPad Air (2019), else you can save some dollars and buy the Galaxy Tab S4, letting go some specs and features.
