Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 has a global score of 78.8, which is way better than the Blackview Oscal Pad 15's overall score of 63.8. Samsung Galaxy Tab S4's body is just a little bit thinner than Blackview Oscal Pad 15, but it is a little bit heavier and was released many years before. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 counts with a bit more powerful CPU than Blackview Oscal Pad 15, although it has 4 GB lesser RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processor.
