Galaxy Tab S4 is just a bit better than the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra, getting a general score of 78.8 against 75.8. The Galaxy Tab S4 features a really superior hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra, although it has less RAM, they both have 8 cores. Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 counts with a brighter display than Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra, because although it has a bit worse 1600 x 2560 pixels resolution and a way smaller screen, it also counts with a greater amount of pixels per screen inch.
Galaxy Tab S4 features a bigger memory for applications and games than Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external SD slot that supports a maximum of 400 GB.
