Comparison review

The Galaxy Tab S4 has a score of 78.8, which is way better than the Xperia Tablet S's global score of 58.9. The Galaxy Tab S4 body is newer, somewhat lighter and thinner than Xperia Tablet S. Galaxy Tab S4 counts with a sharper screen than Sony Xperia Tablet S, because it has way more pixels per inch of display, a little bit larger screen and a way higher 1600 x 2560px resolution.

Galaxy Tab S4 features a little better processing power than Sony Xperia Tablet S, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with a greater amount of RAM and a larger number of cores. The Galaxy Tab S4 counts with a better storage capacity for applications and games than Xperia Tablet S, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Galaxy Tab S4 also has a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 400 GB.

The Galaxy Tab S4 has a very superior battery lifetime than Sony Xperia Tablet S. Galaxy Tab S4 captures greater photos and videos than Sony Xperia Tablet S, because it has a back camera with a much better 13 MP resolution.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 is a bit more expensive than the Sony Xperia Tablet S, but you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
