The Galaxy Tab S5e is a lot better than the Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, with a 78.6 score against 60.4. Both tablets we compare here work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab S5e has the newer 10 version and Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 has Android 4.3 version, so it provides some nice extra features. The Galaxy Tab S5e construction is just a little bit heavier but much thinner than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e counts with a little bit better processing power than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processor, it also counts with more cores and more RAM memory. Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 has a screen that's just as good as the Galaxy Tab S5e one, although the Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 has a much worse pixel density, a lot lower resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels and a really smaller display.
Galaxy Tab S5e captures a lot better videos and photos than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, because it has a much higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a lot more mega pixels back camera. Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e features a much greater memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, because it has 128 GB internal memory and a SD memory card expansion slot that admits up to 512 GB.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e counts with a superior battery lifetime than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, because it has a 47% larger battery capacity.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e costs more money than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, but it's still a great choice, as you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
