Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e is much better than Microsoft Surface Go, having a 78.6 score against 66.5. Although the Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e and Microsoft Surface Go were only released with a few months difference, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e is much thinner and notably lighter. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e counts with Android 10 operating system, while Microsoft Surface Go comes with Windows 10 operating system.

The Galaxy Tab S5e features a sharper display than Microsoft Surface Go, because it has more pixels per inch in the screen, a higher 1600 x 2560 resolution and a little larger screen. The Galaxy Tab S5e features a much better storage for apps and games than Microsoft Surface Go, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage, the Galaxy Tab S5e also has a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 512 GB.

Galaxy Tab S5e features a bit better processing power than Microsoft Surface Go, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with a higher number of cores. Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e counts with a way better camera than Microsoft Surface Go, because it has a way better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a back-facing camera with a much higher 13 megapixels resolution.

The Galaxy Tab S5e features a really longer battery duration than Microsoft Surface Go.
