Comparison review

The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) is just a bit better than Galaxy Tab S5e, with a global score of 82.4 against 78.6. Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) counts with Windows 10 Pro operating system, while Galaxy Tab S5e comes with Android 10 operating system. Although it's the best tablet device in this review, Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) is an older, a lot heavier and a lot thicker tablet device than Galaxy Tab S5e.

The Galaxy Tab S5e features just a bit better screen than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017), because although it has a quite smaller screen and a bit worse 1600 x 2560 resolution, it also counts with a little bit more pixels per screen inch. The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) features a superior memory to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with more internal memory.

Galaxy Tab S5e and Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) count with similar CPUs, because although the Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) has a lower number of cores (although faster), it also counts with a higher amount of RAM. Galaxy Tab S5e counts with a really longer battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017).

Galaxy Tab S5e takes much clearer photos and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017), because it has a much higher (4K) video resolution and a back facing camera with lot more mega-pixels.

Although Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Galaxy Tab S5e, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy Tab S5e. If you want to save some money, you can get Galaxy Tab S5e, giving up a few specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
