Galaxy Tab S5e is much better than the OSCAL Pad 90, having a score of 78.6 against 57.9. These tablets come with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab S5e has the previous 10 version while OSCAL Pad 90 has Android 14 version. The Galaxy Tab S5e features a much better looking screen than OSCAL Pad 90, although it has a little bit smaller display.
Galaxy Tab S5e counts with a way bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than OSCAL Pad 90, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the Galaxy Tab S5e also has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB.
