Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab S5e has an overall score of 78.6, which is much better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0's global score of 65.6. Galaxy Tab S5e's design is much newer and much thinner than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0's, but it's noticeably heavier. These tablets include Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab S5e has an older 10 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has Android 4.4.2 version.
The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 features a little bit better looking screen than Galaxy Tab S5e, although it has a really smaller screen, a much lower screen pixels density and a way worse 1280 x 800 resolution. The Galaxy Tab S5e has a more powerful processing unit than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because it has a higher number of cores and a greater amount of RAM memory.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e features a much better memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits up to 512 GB and 128 GB internal memory capacity. The Galaxy Tab S5e has a much longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because it has a 76% more battery capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e counts with a very superior camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because it has a camera with a lot better 13 mega-pixels resolution, a much bigger aperture and a lot higher video resolution.
The Galaxy Tab S5e costs a lot more than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, but you can get a better tablet for that extra dollars.
