Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite has a score of 78.2, which is much better than the Samsung ATIV Tab 5's 69.2 general score. Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite's body is much newer, noticeably lighter and way thinner than the Samsung ATIV Tab 5. Galaxy Tab S6 Lite has a greater performance than Samsung ATIV Tab 5, because it has more RAM memory and more CPU cores.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite has a bit more vivid screen than Samsung ATIV Tab 5, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a way better number of pixels per inch in the display and a way higher resolution of 1200 x 2000. The Galaxy Tab S6 Lite counts with a way bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung ATIV Tab 5, although it has only 64 GB internal memory.
