The Galaxy Tab S6 Lite is way better than the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), getting a overall score of 78.2 against 65. The Galaxy Tab S6 Lite design is much newer, incredibly thinner and a lot lighter than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T). The Galaxy Tab S6 Lite counts with a better performing processor than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM and a higher number of cores.
Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) counts with a screen that is very similar to the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite one, although the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has a way worse 800 x 1280 resolution, way less pixels per inch of screen and a little smaller display. Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite has a greater camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite also has a lot more MP back camera.
Galaxy Tab S6 Lite counts with a lot bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 1000 GB and 48 GB more internal storage. Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) features a battery life that's very similar to Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite's battery lifetime, although the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has 7000mAh of battery capacity instead of 7040mAh.
Galaxy Tab S6 Lite costs more money than the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), but it's still a great deal, as you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
