Galaxy Tab S6 Lite has a general score of 78.2, which is just a bit better than Galaxy Tab A7 Lite's overall score of 74.2. The Galaxy Tab S6 Lite is an older and a lot heavier tablet than the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, but Samsung could make it just a little thinner anyway. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite has a processor that's very similar to Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite's processor, and although the Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite has 1 GB lesser RAM, they both have 8 cores.
Galaxy Tab S6 Lite counts with a slightly better display than Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, because it has more pixels per inch of screen, a way better 1200 x 2000 resolution and a larger display. Galaxy Tab S6 Lite counts with a quite bigger storage for applications and games than Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, because although it has an external SD slot that holds 24 GB smaller, it also counts with more internal storage.
Galaxy Tab S6 Lite takes slightly better photographs and videos than Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, and although they both have the same video frame rates, the same video resolution and a camera in the back with an 8 megapixels resolution, the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite also has a bigger aperture. Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite counts with a much better battery life than Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, because it has a 7040mAh battery capacity.
Although Galaxy Tab S6 Lite is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy Tab A7 Lite. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, resigning a couple features and specifications.
