The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite is a little bit better than the Galaxy Tab S3, getting a 78.2 score against 75.2. Even though the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite is way newer than the Galaxy Tab S3, it is just a little heavier and somewhat thicker. Galaxy Tab S3 features a little bit better display than Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a just a little more pixels per inch of screen and a slightly better 1536 x 2048 resolution.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite has a much better memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Tab S3, because it has 64 GB internal storage and an external SD slot that admits up to 1000 GB. Galaxy Tab S6 Lite features a little faster processor than Galaxy Tab S3, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM, the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite also has a greater number of cores.
Galaxy Tab S3 captures much clearer photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, and although they both have the same aperture, the Galaxy Tab S3 also has a way higher (4K) video quality and a back camera with lot more megapixels. The Galaxy Tab S6 Lite features longer battery duration than Galaxy Tab S3, because it has 7040mAh of battery capacity instead of 6000mAh.
Although Galaxy Tab S6 Lite is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Galaxy Tab S3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy Tab S3. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get Galaxy Tab S3, and give up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your savings.
