Galaxy Tab S6 counts with a better performing CPU than Samsung ATIV Tab 5, because it has a greater number of faster cores and a higher amount of RAM memory.
Galaxy Tab S6 has a brighter display than Samsung ATIV Tab 5, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a lot higher 1600 x 2560 pixels resolution and a much better display pixel density. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 takes way better videos and photos than Samsung ATIV Tab 5, because it has a camera with lot more mega-pixels.
