Galaxy Tab S6 is much better than Samsung ATIV Tab 7, getting an 88.1 score against 64.9. The Galaxy Tab S6 is a a lot newer tablet, and it is also thinner and notably lighter than the Samsung ATIV Tab 7. The Galaxy Tab S6 counts with a more vivid display than Samsung ATIV Tab 7, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a much higher display pixels density and a higher 1600 x 2560px resolution.
Galaxy Tab S6 counts with a superior memory for games and applications than Samsung ATIV Tab 7. They have exactly the same 256 GB internal memory. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 has a lot better hardware performance than Samsung ATIV Tab 7, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with a larger number of faster cores and more RAM memory.
