Both tablets in this review work with Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab S7 FE 5G has the older 11 version and Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has Android 4.2.2 version. Galaxy Tab S7 FE 5G is a way newer and thinner tablet than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, although it is notably heavier.
Galaxy Tab S7 FE 5G has a little sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because it has more pixels per screen inch, a much larger display and a lot higher resolution of 1600 x 2560px. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE 5G has a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with a greater number of cores and more RAM memory.
