Galaxy Tab S7 has a general score of 86.6, which is a lot better than the Google Nexus 7 (2013)'s general score of 70.8. These tablets use Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab S7 has a newer 11 version and Google Nexus 7 (2013) has Android 5.0 version, so it gives some nice extra features. The Galaxy Tab S7 design is much newer and notably thinner than the Google Nexus 7 (2013)'s, but it's incredibly heavier.
Google Nexus 7 (2013) features a better display than Galaxy Tab S7, because although it has a much smaller screen and a way worse resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels, it also counts with a just a little better display pixel density. Galaxy Tab S7 features a quite better hardware performance than Google Nexus 7 (2013), because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with a greater amount of RAM memory and a higher number of cores.
Galaxy Tab S7 shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Google Nexus 7 (2013), because it has a larger aperture to take better low light photos and videos and a way better 13 megapixels resolution back facing camera. Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 has a very superior storage capacity for applications and games than Google Nexus 7 (2013), because it has 128 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 1000 GB.
The Galaxy Tab S7 counts with a superior battery life than Google Nexus 7 (2013), because it has 8000mAh of battery capacity against 3950mAh.
Although Galaxy Tab S7 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Google Nexus 7 (2013), and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Google Nexus 7 (2013). If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy Google Nexus 7 (2013), and give up a couple features, but you will get the most out of your budget.
