Galaxy Tab S7 is a lot better than the Microsoft Surface 3, having an 86.6 score against 66.3. Galaxy Tab S7's design is incredibly newer, lighter and a lot thinner than Microsoft Surface 3. The Galaxy Tab S7 counts with a better performing processing unit than Microsoft Surface 3, because it has a higher number of cores (and faster) and more RAM.
The Galaxy Tab S7 features a brighter display than Microsoft Surface 3, because it has a little bigger display, a higher count of pixels per display inch and a better 1600 x 2560 resolution. Galaxy Tab S7 counts with a very superior camera than Microsoft Surface 3, because it has a back-facing camera with a much better 13 mega-pixels resolution.
Galaxy Tab S7 has a lot bigger memory capacity to install applications and games than Microsoft Surface 3, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Galaxy Tab S7 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 1000 GB.
