The Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 has a score of 86.6, which is way better than the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0's 65.6 score. Both devices in this comparison review have Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 has an older 11 version while Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has Android 4.4.2 version. Samsung Galaxy Tab S7's body is a lot newer and noticeably thinner than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0's, although it is heavier.
