Galaxy Tab S7's construction is newer and somewhat thinner, but also just a bit heavier than the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019). Both devices in this comparison have the same Android 11 OS (operating system).
Galaxy Tab S7 has a bit better processing unit than Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019), and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy Tab S7 also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The Galaxy Tab S7 counts with a bit sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019), because it has a just a bit better count of pixels in each inch in the display, a little bigger screen and a higher resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels.

Although Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019), and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019). So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019), resigning some specifications.
