Galaxy Tab S7 is better than the Galaxy Tab S 10.5, with a overall score of 86.6 against 74.3. Although the Galaxy Tab S7 is a little heavier than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, it's a little thinner and also extremely newer. Both devices in this comparison review have Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab S7 has older 11 version and Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has Android 4.4.2 version.
The Galaxy Tab S7 has a better hardware performance than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy Tab S7 also has 3 GB more RAM. Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has a sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Tab S7, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1600 x 2560px, the Galaxy Tab S 10.5 also counts with a bit greater number of pixels in each inch of screen.
The Galaxy Tab S7 counts with a very superior memory to store more games and applications than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 1000 GB and 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Galaxy Tab S7 captures just a bit better photos and videos than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, because it has a lot higher resolution back facing camera.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 has a little longer battery performance than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, because it has a 1% more battery size.
Although Galaxy Tab S7 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy Tab S 10.5. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Galaxy Tab S7, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy Tab S 10.5, resigning a couple features and specifications.
