Galaxy Tab S7 has a score of 86.6, which is just a bit better than Galaxy Tab S4's overall score of 78.8. The Galaxy Tab S7 body is notably newer and somewhat thinner than the Galaxy Tab S4's, although it's a bit heavier. Galaxy Tab S4 counts with a screen that's very similar to Samsung Galaxy Tab S7's screen, because although the Galaxy Tab S4 has a quite smaller screen, and they both have an equal 1600 x 2560 resolution, it also counts with a just a bit better screen pixels density.
Galaxy Tab S7 has a little faster processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab S4, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy Tab S7 also has 2 GB more RAM memory. Galaxy Tab S4 counts with a way better camera than Galaxy Tab S7, and although they both have a 13 mega pixels camera in the back, the Galaxy Tab S4 also has a bigger diafragm aperture for better captures and video in poorly lited environments.
The Galaxy Tab S7 has much more storage capacity for applications and games than Galaxy Tab S4, because it has a SD extension slot that allows a maximum of 1000 GB and 128 GB internal storage. The Galaxy Tab S7 has a bit superior battery lifetime than Galaxy Tab S4, because it has a 10 percent bigger battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Galaxy Tab S4, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy Tab S4. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get Galaxy Tab S4, letting go some specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
