The Galaxy Tab S7 has a score of 86.6, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite's general score of 78.2. The Galaxy Tab S7 design is somewhat thinner but just a bit heavier than Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, and they were released with only a couple months difference. Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 features a bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, and although they both have a SD extension slot that admits up to 1000 GB, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 also has 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 has a bit superior processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 also has more RAM memory.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 counts with a bit superior battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, because it has an 8000mAh battery capacity. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite shoots slightly better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab S7, because although it has a camera with way less mega pixels resolution, it also counts with a bigger aperture to capture better low light images and videos.
Although Galaxy Tab S7 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Galaxy Tab S7, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, letting go some specs and features.
