Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra has a score of 75.8, which is better than Amazon Fire HDX 8.9's 67.9 global score. Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra is a a lot lighter and notably thinner tablet than Amazon Fire HDX 8.9. Both tablets in this review come with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra has a newer 12 version and Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has Android 4.4 version.
The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has an incredibly better display than Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra, because although it has a quite lower resolution of 1600 x 2560px and a much smaller screen, it also counts with a lot higher pixel density. Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra features a much greater memory capacity for games and applications than Amazon Fire HDX 8.9, because it has 128 GB internal storage.
Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has a very superior processing unit than Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra, although it has 6 GB less RAM memory and 4 less cores. Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra has a way better battery lifetime than Amazon Fire HDX 8.9. Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra captures a lot better videos and photos than Amazon Fire HDX 8.9, because it has a much higher video quality, a back facing camera with a lot better resolution and a bigger aperture.
