The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra has a score of 75.8, which is better than Microsoft Surface 2's overall score of 63.4. Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra comes with Android 12 OS, and Microsoft Surface 2 comes with Windows RT 8.1 OS. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra construction is extremely thinner and noticeably lighter than Microsoft Surface 2.

The Microsoft Surface 2 has a much faster processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory and lesser processing cores. The Microsoft Surface 2 has a better screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra, although it has a lot worse 1080 x 1920px resolution, a way smaller display and a little bit inferior pixels count in each display inch.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra shoots way better photos and videos than Microsoft Surface 2, because it has a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a back-facing camera with lot more MP. Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra has a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than Microsoft Surface 2, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 64 GB more internal storage capacity.

The Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra has a way better battery duration than Microsoft Surface 2.
