Comparison review
Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra has a global score of 75.8, which is way better than the Galaxy Tab 3 V's global score of 58.5. These tablets have Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra has newer 12 version while Galaxy Tab 3 V has Android 4.4, so it provides some additional features and a performance increase. The Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra is a notably thinner and a lot lighter tablet than Galaxy Tab 3 V.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V has a better display than Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra, although it has a way worse resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels, a just a bit lower amount of pixels per inch of screen and a really smaller screen. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V has a very superior processing power than Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra, although it has an inferior number of cores (but faster) and a lower amount of RAM memory.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra features a much better battery life than Galaxy Tab 3 V, because it has 11200mAh of battery capacity instead of 3600mAh.
