Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra has a general score of 73.3, which is better than the Microsoft Surface Pro's global score of 63.2. Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra works with Android 13 operating system, and Microsoft Surface Pro works with Windows 8 Pro operating system. Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra's body is lighter and incredibly thinner than the Microsoft Surface Pro.

Microsoft Surface Pro features a much more powerful processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, because although it has less CPU cores and a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a GPU. The Microsoft Surface Pro has a slightly better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, although it has a bit inferior pixels number in each inch in the display, a way worse 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution and a lot smaller display.

Microsoft Surface Pro and Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra both feature incredibly similar storage capacity for games and applications, they have the same internal storage capacity. The Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra shoots much better photos and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro, because it has a way higher 13 MP resolution back facing camera.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra features a much longer battery duration than Microsoft Surface Pro.
