Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, with a 74.3 score against 73.3. Both tablets in this review use Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has a more recent 4.4.2 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra has Android 13 version, offering some additional features and better performance.
Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has a much better looking screen than Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, because although it has a way smaller display and a bit worse 1600 x 2560 pixels resolution, it also counts with a little bit more pixels per screen inch. The Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra counts with a very superior memory to install games and applications than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory.
The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 features a much more powerful CPU than Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, although it has 5 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra has a really longer battery duration than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, because it has a 10880mAh battery size instead of 7900mAh.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has just a bit better camera than Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, although it has a way lower 8 MP resolution back facing camera.
