OSCAL ELITE 1 has a global score of 67.1, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy Tab S9's overall score of 64.1. These devices use Android OS (operating system), but the OSCAL ELITE 1 has 14 version and Galaxy Tab S9 has Android 13. The OSCAL ELITE 1 body is newer and notably lighter, but also extremely thicker than the Galaxy Tab S9.
