The OSCAL Pad 15 has an overall score of 64.4, which is just a bit better than Galaxy Tab S9's 64.1 general score. These devices come with the same Android 13 OS, so you shouldn't perceive any differences in that aspect. The OSCAL Pad 15 body is notably thicker but just a little lighter than Galaxy Tab S9.
