The Galaxy Tab S9 has a score of 64.1, which is better than Sony Tablet S's overall score of 57.5. The Galaxy Tab S9 is a way newer device, and it's also noticeably thinner and somewhat lighter than Sony Tablet S. Both tablets in this comparison have Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab S9 has a more recent 13 version and Sony Tablet S has Android 4.0 version.

The Sony Tablet S features an incredibly better screen than Galaxy Tab S9, although it has a bit smaller display.
