Comparison review
Galaxy TabPro S has a general score of 75, which is much better than Microsoft Surface 2's global score of 63.4. Galaxy TabPro S is a noticeably newer and way thinner tablet than the Microsoft Surface 2, although it's also a bit heavier. Both of these tablets work with Windows OS (operating system), but the Galaxy TabPro S has an older 10 Pro version and Microsoft Surface 2 has Windows RT 8.1.
Galaxy TabPro S features a little better hardware performance than Microsoft Surface 2, because although it has a lower number of cores , it also counts with 2 GB more RAM. The Microsoft Surface 2 features a slightly better screen than Galaxy TabPro S, although it has a bit lower 1080 x 1920px resolution, a little smaller display and a little bit worse display pixel density.
The Galaxy TabPro S counts with a much bigger memory to install games and applications than Microsoft Surface 2, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage. The Microsoft Surface 2 features a camera that is just as good as the Galaxy TabPro S one, both of them have a same resolution back-facing camera.
