Samsung Galaxy TabPro S is much better than the Microsoft Surface Go, having a overall score of 75 against 66.5. Both of these tablets come with Windows OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy TabPro S has newer 10 Pro version while Microsoft Surface Go has Windows 10. Despite of the fact Samsung Galaxy TabPro S is way older and extremely heavier than Microsoft Surface Go, it's design is still incredibly thinner.

The Galaxy TabPro S features a bit faster processor than Microsoft Surface Go, although it has 4 GB less RAM, they both have a Dual-Core CPU. Galaxy TabPro S has a bit better screen than Microsoft Surface Go, and although they both have the same display density, the Galaxy TabPro S also has a bigger screen and a better resolution of 2160 x 1440.
