Galaxy TabPro S is better than Samsung Ativ Tab, with a score of 75 against 66.7. These tablets come with Windows OS (operating system), but the Galaxy TabPro S has older 10 Pro version while Samsung Ativ Tab has Windows RT version. Although Galaxy TabPro S is somewhat heavier than the Samsung Ativ Tab, it's notably thinner and noticeably newer.
