The Galaxy TabPro S is much better than the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017), getting a overall score of 75 against 65.7. The Galaxy TabPro S is an older and heavier tablet than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017), but Samsung made it incredibly thinner anyway. The Galaxy TabPro S counts with Windows 10 Pro OS, while Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) counts with Android 9.0 Pie OS.
