Comparison review
The Galaxy View is a little bit better than Dell Venue 8 7840, getting a 61.5 score against 61. Despite being the best tablet we are comparing here, the Galaxy View design is incredibly thicker and incredibly heavier than Dell Venue 8 7840. The Dell Venue 8 7840 counts with a lot better looking display than Samsung Galaxy View, because although it has a way smaller screen, it also counts with a better 2560 x 1600px resolution and a lot greater quantity of pixels per display inch.
The Dell Venue 8 7840 features a superior processing unit than Galaxy View, because although it has an inferior number of cores (although they are faster), and they both have a 2 GB RAM, the Dell Venue 8 7840 also counts with a 64-bits CPU and an extra GPU. Samsung Galaxy View has a bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Dell Venue 8 7840, because although it has an external memory card slot that admits 384 GB smaller, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.
The Galaxy View features a much longer battery performance than Dell Venue 8 7840. Dell Venue 8 7840 shoots way better photos and videos than Galaxy View.
Although Samsung Galaxy View is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Dell Venue 8 7840, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Dell Venue 8 7840. If you want to save some dollars, you can buy Dell Venue 8 7840, letting go a couple features, but you'll get the most with your budget.
