Galaxy Tab A 8.0 is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy View, with a 62.8 score against 61.5. Even though the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 and the Samsung Galaxy View were only released 6 months apart, the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 is a lot lighter and way thinner. The Galaxy View features a bit more powerful processor than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because it has 512 MB more RAM memory and 4 more CPU cores.

The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 has a little sharper screen than Galaxy View, because although it has a lot smaller display and a lot lower resolution of 768 x 1024, it also counts with a better pixels density. The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 counts with a much better camera than Galaxy View. Samsung Galaxy View counts with a much greater storage capacity to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0, and although they both have an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 128 GB, the Samsung Galaxy View also has 64 GB internal storage capacity.
