Comparison review
The Galaxy View 2 is better than the Acer Predator 8, having a global score of 65.3 against 57.7. Both of these devices include Android OS, but Galaxy View 2 has 8.1 Oreo version and Acer Predator 8 has Android 5.1 Lollipop, so it counts with a lot of extra features and a performance increase. The Galaxy View 2 design is way newer, but much thicker and way heavier than Acer Predator 8.
Acer Predator 8 has a much better display than Galaxy View 2, because although it has a really smaller display, it also counts with a quite better resolution of 1200 x 1920 and a much higher pixel quantity per display inch. The Samsung Galaxy View 2 counts with a little bit better performance than Acer Predator 8, because it has more RAM and more 1600 MHz cores.
The Acer Predator 8 counts with a greater camera than Galaxy View 2. The Galaxy View 2 features a way bigger storage to store more games and applications than Acer Predator 8, because it has more internal storage capacity and an external memory slot that admits a maximum of 400 GB. The Galaxy View 2 features a much better battery performance than Acer Predator 8, because it has a 12000mAh battery size.
Although Samsung Galaxy View 2 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Acer Predator 8, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Acer Predator 8. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get the Acer Predator 8, giving up a few features and specs, but you will get the most out of your savings.
