The Samsung Galaxy View 2 has an overall score of 65.3, which is much better than the Microsoft Surface 9 Pro's score of 58.7. Despite being the best device in our current comparison, Samsung Galaxy View 2 is a notably thicker and notably heavier device than the Microsoft Surface 9 Pro. Samsung Galaxy View 2 counts with Android 8.1 Oreo OS, while Microsoft Surface 9 Pro counts with Windows OS.
