Comparison review
The OSCAL ELITE 1 is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy View 2, with a 67.1 score against 65.3. OSCAL ELITE 1's body is much newer, noticeably thinner and notably lighter than the Samsung Galaxy View 2. Both of these devices use Android OS (operating system), but the OSCAL ELITE 1 has an older 14 version and Samsung Galaxy View 2 has Android 8.1 Oreo.
