The Huawei MediaPad M1 has an overall score of 61.5, which is a bit better than Sony Tablet S's general score of 56.3. Both devices in this comparison review include Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei MediaPad M1 has the newer 4.2.2 version while Sony Tablet S has Android 4.0 version. The Huawei MediaPad M1 is a much newer device, and it's also way thinner and noticeably lighter than Sony Tablet S.

Huawei MediaPad M1 has a sharper screen than Sony Tablet S, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have an equal 1280 x 800 resolution, the Huawei MediaPad M1 also counts with a little bit better pixel number per inch in the screen.
