Comparison review

The Asus MeMO Pad 8 is slightly better than Sony Tablet S, having a overall score of 61.2 against 57.5. The Asus MeMO Pad 8 construction is notably newer, extremely lighter and much thinner than Sony Tablet S. Both of these devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Asus MeMO Pad 8 has a more recent 4.4 version while Sony Tablet S has Android 4.0, giving a couple nice extra features.

The Asus MeMO Pad 8 counts with a better performing CPU than Sony Tablet S, because it has a higher amount of RAM memory and a larger number of cores. Asus MeMO Pad 8 counts with a bit bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Sony Tablet S, and although they both have equal 32 GB internal storage capacity, the Asus MeMO Pad 8 also has a slot for an external memory card that admits up to 64 GB.

The Sony Tablet S features a much better battery lifetime than Asus MeMO Pad 8.

The Asus MeMO Pad 8 not only is the best devices of the ones we compare here, but it's also by far the cheapest one, which makes this tablet a great choice.
