The Google Nexus 7 (2013) has a general score of 70.8, which is much better than Sony Tablet S's 57.5 score. Both of these tablets work with Android OS, but the Google Nexus 7 (2013) has a more recent 5.0 version while Sony Tablet S has Android 4.0, providing you some nice extra features and performance improvements. Google Nexus 7 (2013)'s construction is incredibly newer, incredibly lighter and thinner than the Sony Tablet S.

Google Nexus 7 (2013) has a way better looking display than Sony Tablet S, because although it has a much smaller display, it also counts with a way higher resolution of 1200 x 1920px and a lot greater screen density. The Google Nexus 7 (2013) features a better hardware performance than Sony Tablet S, because it has an additional GPU, more cores and a larger amount of RAM.
