LG G Pad II 8.0 has a score of 58.3, which is just a bit better than the Sony Tablet S's global score of 57.5. Both of these devices have Android OS (Operating System), but the LG G Pad II 8.0 has the newer 5.0 Lollipop version while Sony Tablet S has Android 4.0 version. The LG G Pad II 8.0 is a much newer tablet, and it's also noticeably lighter and somewhat thinner than Sony Tablet S.

LG G Pad II 8.0 counts with a bit better hardware performance than Sony Tablet S, because it has more cores and 512 MB more RAM.
