The LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus has a global score of 62.5, which is a bit better than the Sony Tablet S's general score of 57.5. Both tablets in our current comparison have Android operating system, but LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus has newer 7.0 Nougat version while Sony Tablet S has Android 4.0 version, so it counts with lots of additional features. The LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus design is newer, a lot lighter and a lot thinner than Sony Tablet S.

LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus has a superior processing power than Sony Tablet S, because it has a larger number of faster cores and more RAM. LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus has a more vivid screen than Sony Tablet S, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a way greater number of pixels per inch in the display and a way better resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels.

LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus has much more memory capacity for games and applications than Sony Tablet S, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus also has an external SD slot that supports up to 1,95 TB. Sony Tablet S captures better videos and photos than LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus. They have the same resolution camera in the back, the same video frame rate and the same (HD) video quality.

Sony Tablet S counts with a much better battery lifetime than LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 2900mAh.
